Many of our subscribers signed up in August of 2007, which is when our annual subscription service started. Since renewal is coming up for many of our subscribers, we have prepared some FAQs and answers regarding renewal. You will find them below, along with a description of some recent website enhancements.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about Subscription Renewal

When does my current subscription end?
Visit your EyeDock.com "manage subscriptions" webpage to find out.

How to I renew if I previously subscribed using PayPal?
If you previously subscribed through PayPal, it is not necessary to take any action for renewal since it will occur automatically through PayPal.

How do I renew if I previously paid by check?
Our preferred form of payment for renewal is through PayPal. However you can also renew by writing a check payable to "EyeDock, LLC" and mailing it to 6233 Westin Dr., Madison WI 53719. If paying by check, please write your EyeDock.com username on the check.

How much does subscription renewal cost?
It costs $43.00 (U.S. dollars). That is less expensive then subscribing to a quarterly printed contact lens reference -- plus EyeDock.com offers so many more features. Your subscription fees offset our expenses related to maintenance of enhancement of the website.

Why did I receive an e-mail saying that my EyeDock.com subscription was canceled, even though I did not cancel my subscription?
If you previously subscribed through PayPal and got this message, it is likely that the credit card on file is no longer valid, or your PayPal account was changed or canceled. In this case, we recommend waiting for your existing subscription to expire before re-subscribing to EyeDock.com using your updated PayPal account.

How do I cancel my subscription?
We hope you find EyeDock to be a useful resource, but subscriptions can be canceled from the "manage subscriptions" page. In this case you will still be able to use EyeDock through the remainder of your subscription term.
